  7. Mettere la gelatina in acqua per 8 minuti finché non si è sciolta.
  8. Bollire il latte, togliere dal fuoco e aggiungere il miele e la gelatina strizzata.
  9. Prendere il cioccolato sciolto e aggiungere 1/3 del latte mescolando. Quando sarà assorbito aggiungere la seconda parte è così via.
  10. Quando il latte sarà tutto assorbito aggiungere la panna e mescolare.
  11. Emulsionare con il frullatore ad immersione tenendolo sul fondo.
  12. Coprire con pellicola e mettere in frigo tutta la notte.
  13. Il giorno dopo montarla con le fruste.
  14. Decorare con fragole e granella di mandorle.
